Partnership between the Sales department and Operations department
Today I got to do something I don’t get to do very often I got to go on a site visit and meet the troops delivering on a contract I was instrumental in bringing into the business.
I don’t get to do this very often as in the past I have been sell sell sell, its the nature of the job.
SGC Security Services Sales department works hand in hand with our Security Operations department for constant success story
The difference at SGC Security Services though is I am encouraged to carry on the Client relationship pre- during- post mobilisation.
It’s this subtle difference which contributes to great Officer and Client retention, the client bought me first then SGC
Now the SGC Operations team are delivering what I promised they have bought into the SGC culture and will stay with us for many years.
This is how it should be done, I have worked for many companies that don’t get this and try and separate Sales from Operations.
Big mistake they go hand in hand as a salesman you are still accountable to the client long after the ink has dried.
How many people out there only ever here from the salesman again when the renewal is up?
Are we wrong here and should Operations and Sales be separate?
