Mobile Patrols & Key Holding
SGC Security Services
At SGC SECURITY SERVICES we understand that full-time manned security officer is not always necessary, appropriate or the most cost effective solutions to ensuring security on your premises.
This is where our mobile patrol security officers, key holding and alarm response services comes into its own and are practised Nationally, with a strong focus on London and it’s local areas.
Each of our patrol vehicles confirms to BS 7499:2007 standards with each vehicle fitted with GPS tracking systems which is monitored by our 24-hour security Control Centre in the United Kingdom.
The personal touch is that our mobile security officers receive additional training in ensuring they are able to deal with and react to any given situation that may arise in the course of their duties; including facilitating emergency needs with third party contractors during out of ours such as:
- Police, Fire & Ambulance Services
- Gas leaks, electrical faults and flooding
- Securing premises post break-ins by liaising with locksmiths and boarding up companies
Depending on the severity of their findings our mobile security officers will also stay on site until the situation is rectified or ensure a full-time security officer is dispatched to site.
Allowing a third party contractor to take responsibility of your premises keys is not an easy decision and nor should it be. This is why at SGC SECURITY SERVICES ensure that we conform to the following standard BS 7984:2001 in key holding and mobile response security services.
These procedures and our own strict practices are discussed in detail with each of our customers from the outset ensuring they you have that piece of mind.
We reacting to alarm activation, upon arrival our response officer will ensure they complete a thorough exterior patrol of the building before entering. Our security officers will then ensure they conduct a full internal patrol to ensure the premises are secure, leaving you with a report of findings and reason for the alarm activation if not already known.
Finally, our officer will re-activate your alarm and complete a further check of the exterior of the building to ensure the area is clear and safe.
