“Ourburystedmunds Business Improvement District has been using SGCFM for the past three years for our three large events held in Bury St Edmunds each year, and as Events Manager, I have always been very happy with the service provided by SGCFM at my events.  The teams have always been professional, punctual, friendly, helpful, and will do anything necessary to ensure that the event if a success. I have absolutely no problem at all in highly recommending them to any organisation looking for security for their event, and feel that, after having used three different security companies at my events prior to SGCFM, they are by far the best I have ever used. I can completely rely on the team to be there ready to do whatever task is required of them. They deal with any issues arising in a professional and effective manner.

They are certainly at the top of my list of security companies. If, for any reason, they were unable to work at my events, I would feel concerned and a little bit insecure, because I know that I can rely on them totally.  When there was a fire at a building at the Whitsun Fayre last year they dealt with crowd control, people safety was a priority, and they worked with the fire brigade and police to ensure that everything was carried out properly and professionally in relation to clearing people off site, and even carried the little farm animals (we had a mini-farm at the event) to their vehicle to get them safely off site.“

“Debden House is a Conference centre and camp site owned by the London Borough of Newham.  SGCFM was appointed in 2013 to provide a security solution to the 50 acres of camp site that is open to the public from May to October. The camp site had several historical challenges that included an insecure perimeter that is bordered by Epping Forest and public footpaths, challenging behaviour by some of the historic regular campers and episodes of anti-social behaviour during weekend peak periods by groups of younger campers.

SGCFM has worked tirelessly in partnership with the centre management to manage the onsite behaviour, maximise revenue streams and reduce the number of refunds given to campers who had been affected by bad behaviour.  The onsite team have seamlessly integrated themselves in order to support Debden House staff in both a front of house capacity and out of hour’s patrols of the campsite. The Security team have worked hard to reinforce the standard of behaviour expected from campers in order to ensure that all can benefit from the beautiful surroundings and ensure clear communication to campers as they are checking in.  With all the commitment and professionalism from SGCFM management and staff, we have seen an increase in turnover and most importantly customer satisfaction.  We wish to continue to use SGCFM for the foreseeable future.”

“Just a brief but heart felt thank you for all of your efforts for RideLondon this year – Ally you put a lot of effort in and this was evident by the delivery on the event. I realise that an awful lot of work went into ensuring your stewarding worked on the day. It was great to work with you all and the run up to the event was very smooth.

I received positive comments from my Quality Assurance rep that was in Wimbledon and Raynes Park; we are also generally receiving emails from riders about how well it went and about how much they enjoyed the event which is great – thank you for your contribution to their experience. I forgot to say in my last email, well done on providing such good access for the wedding. The bride’s father emailed to say thank you, their access across the route went really well. Please pass my thanks to your team who all contributed to the success of the day.”
